  • Completed and validated current state grants business process models
  • Drafted Business Architecture straw "To-Be" models
  • Migrated application database from Microsoft Access into the Enterprise Architecture Repository
  • Released all Homeland Security Presidential Directive-12 (HSPD-12) "To-Be" business process models
  • Revised National Institutes of Health Request for Comment (NIHRFC) 0001 "Enterprise Architecture Standards Process"
  • Achieved stakeholder signoff on all post-sponsorship HSPD-12 business models

  • Developed and published a draft NIH Grants Conceptual Data model
