Scope
This project will create a proposed Interface Control Document (ICD) document template through submission of a NIH Request for Comments document. Once feedback is incorporated, it will be sumitted as a standard format.
Expected Value
Ensure consistency in the creation of Interface Control Documents across NIH system development programs.
2007 4th Quarter
Submit the initial NIH Request for Comment on the Draft Interface Control Document (ICD). Receive and incorporate feedback.
2008 1st Quarter
Submit updated NIH Request for Comment for inclusion in the NIH Enterprise Architecture.
